- Charges automatically when power is cheap The battery charges and the heat pump heats when the electricity price is low.
- Uses surplus PV first Your own solar power takes priority over grid power.
- Discharges the battery smartly when power is expensive Expensive hours are covered from the battery rather than the grid wherever possible.
- Reduced grid fees under Section 14a As a controllable consumption device under Section 14a EnWG (German Energy Industry Act), grid fees can be reduced — depending on the grid operator and the connection.
